JW high-efficiency hardening accelerator type I, type II and type III is a new technology product developed by our company under the guidance of relevant experts from the National Institute of Building Materials Science. It is mainly used for sulphoaluminate series cement, aluminate series cement and mortar concrete newly prepared from this cement. It is characterized by promoting the early hydration of sulfur aluminum and aluminate series cement, so that the cement setting and hardening speed up, significantly improve the early strength of cement and late strength does not shrink, reduce water consumption, especially in the production of GRC products, can improve its demoulding strength under the condition of low temperature, speed up the mold turnover and other characteristics. The product is non-toxic, non-combustible, non-corrosive to steel bars, and can also be prepared for emergency repair and plugging with double fast cement and its mortar and concrete.
Scope of application:
JW high-efficiency hardening accelerator is mainly suitable for sulphoaluminate and aluminate series cement, mortar or concrete, and the recommended amount is 0.1~0.8 of the material amount.
Use methods and precautions:
JW high-efficiency hardening accelerator is powder, and different types and recommended cement content are also different. The optimal content should be determined through tests according to performance requirements.
JW high-efficiency hardening accelerator shall be mixed into cement or aggregate in advance, and water shall be added after dry mixing. Cement paste, mortar or concrete added with JW high-efficiency hardening accelerator shall be used quickly to prevent condensation before molding, and secondary mixing and use during condensation are not allowed, otherwise the project quality will be seriously affected.
Aluminate and sulphoaluminate series gelling agents are sensitive to the selection of admixtures. If other admixtures are used at the same time, it should be determined through tests. JW high-efficiency hardening accelerator is generally not mixed with other types of admixtures.

Packaging and storage:
This product is 25kg or 50kg with lined moisture-proof sealed plastic woven bag packaging.
When stored, should be placed in a cool, dry place, prevent moisture and damage.
The shelf life can be placed for more than 6 months under normal conditions.
