Technical performance:
Specific surface area: The specific surface area is not less than 350 m2/ kg.
Setting time: the initial setting is not earlier than 25min, the final setting is not later than 180min, can be adjusted according to user requirements.
Alkalinity: add water lh PH value is not more than 10.5.
Compared with other varieties of gelling agents, it has obvious characteristics of fast hardening and early strength, and has the advantages of low alkalinity, small expansion rate, stable and fast, dry shrinkage without deformation, high retention rate of composite strength with glass fiber, long service life, and is a special gelling agent for GRC products.

Scope of application:
It is used to produce all kinds of light internal and external composite templates, foam insulation boards, beamless floor covers, exterior wall hanging boards, ventilation ducts, European relief, various components, scaffolding, net frame boards and other small building accessories, etc., and is suitable for preparing special high-strength grouting material for high-speed rail, double fast gelling agent, leakage plugging agent, waterproof materials and other special engineering materials.
Note:
Before the product is used, preparations should be made. The materials that have been mixed must be used up before the initial setting. After the mortar or concrete loses its fluidity, it is not allowed to mix again.
In the use of the process, if the feeling of coagulation time is not appropriate, can be appropriate with sulfur aluminum special accelerator or retarder for adjustment, the amount of addition to be tested.
Gelling agent products must be cured after the final set, and the curing period shall not be less than three days.
Packing and storage:
Packed in plastic woven bags or ton bags.
The net weight of each bag is 50kg or 1000kg, and shall not be mixed with other gelling agents during transportation and storage.
Under the standard environment, the shelf life is 45 days. If it expires or is found to be affected with moisture, it should be re-tested before use.
