This product was developed by our company's technical team through sustained, arduous efforts, building upon the groundbreaking invention of the Tianjin Cement Industry Design Institute and with strong support and guidance from the institute as well as renowned industry experts. It is a cutting-edge, high-tech product that seamlessly integrates the superior qualities of sulphoaluminate cement and multiple other binding materials, ensuring balanced performance across its early, mid, and late stages. Once hydrated, the product exhibits an exceptionally dense microstructure, boasting low drying shrinkage, slight expansion, rapid setting, quick hardening, and remarkably high early strength—plus, its later strength continues to improve steadily over time. This makes it ideally suited for applications such as floor screeds, high-strength repair materials, high-strength non-shrink grouts, injection grouts, and UHPC-based products.

◆This product features low drying shrinkage and minimal volume change. The cement-based self-leveling mortar prepared with this type of cementitious material exhibits a volume change rate of just 0.0079% to 0.01%, which is only 10% to 12.5% of that seen in conventional silicate cementitious products.
◆High Workability: Exhibits excellent workability with admixtures, resulting in low maintenance difficulty and reduced maintenance costs.
◆Features excellent impermeability and superior resistance to sulfate corrosion.
◆Free expansion rate: With a 1:0.5 fly ash-to-sand ratio, the 28-day free expansion rate ranges from 0.00% to 0.15%.
Scope of Application
Currently, the product is primarily suited for applications such as self-leveling mortar, sculpted mortar, terrazzo mortar, high-strength repair materials, high-strength non-shrink grouting materials, injection-grouting reinforcement materials, waterproofing and leak-stopping materials, as well as products like GRC and UHPC.
◆Flooring mortar, such as cement-based self-leveling mortar, can effectively address issues like dimensional changes in cement-based self-leveling mortars, as well as their adhesion to the substrate concrete.
◆Grinding stone mortar and carving mortar—belite sulfoaluminate cementitious materials offer advantages such as early strength, rapid hardening, low shrinkage, and excellent corrosion resistance, effectively addressing the shrinkage issues encountered in grinding stone mortar applications, as well as the challenges of early strength and corrosion resistance in carving mortar applications.
◆Airport runway and highway rapid repair mortar achieves normal usage standards within two hours. This road concrete, formulated with belite sulphoaluminate cementitious material mixed with early-strength admixtures, requires no special curing process. Additionally, this cementitious material boasts exceptional properties such as strong adhesion, high fluidity, rapid setting, and slight expansion—effectively preventing concrete shrinkage. Its superior resistance to permeation further safeguards the road base from damage caused by surface water infiltration. As a result, this material is an ideal substrate for critical applications like emergency road repairs, grouting reinforcement, wind turbine foundation grouting, and bridge bearing grouting projects.
◆Other civil and construction projects requiring early setting and high early strength can all be accommodated. Belite-sulfoaluminate cementitious materials, with their outstanding properties such as high early strength, excellent impermeability, superior freeze-thaw resistance, good long-term stability, outstanding corrosion resistance, short setting time, low alkalinity, and low free expansion rate, are widely used in specialized engineering applications.
Instructions for Use and Precautions:
◆ The product must be used only after being prepared according to the factory's quality test report or following a retest.
Packaging and Storage
◆ Store sealed in a dry environment; shelf life is no less than 45 days. Use immediately after opening. If the product expires or becomes damp, its performance may change—therefore, it should be retested and confirmed as合格 before use.
