◆This product features low drying shrinkage, minimal volume change, and excellent crack resistance. The cement-based self-leveling mortar prepared with this type of cementitious material exhibits a volume change rate of just 0.0016% to 0.0064%, which is only 20% to 8% of that seen in conventional silicate cementitious products.

◆High Workability: Exhibits excellent workability with admixtures, resulting in low maintenance difficulty and reduced maintenance costs.

◆Features excellent impermeability and good resistance to sulfate corrosion.

◆Free expansion rate: With a 1:0.5 fly ash-to-sand ratio, the 28-day free expansion rate ranges from 0.00% to 0.15%.

◆Both the freeze-thaw resistance and alkali efflorescence resistance demonstrate excellent performance, effectively preventing damage caused by temperature fluctuations and surface alkali migration, thus providing a more reliable safeguard for engineering applications.

Scope of Application

Currently, the product is primarily suited for applications such as self-leveling mortar, terrazzo mortar, artistic flooring, custom GRC art products, and UHPC-based materials.

◆Flooring mortar. The white belite sulfoaluminate cementitious agent enhances both the performance and aesthetics of flooring mortars—such as cement-based self-leveling screeds—by leveraging its exceptional high-whiteness properties. This innovation injects greater flexibility into color expression, allowing for precise customization to match diverse customer preferences. Additionally, it effectively addresses issues like dimensional variations in cement-based self-leveling mortars, as well as challenges related to adhesion between the mortar and the underlying concrete substrate.

◆ Terrazzo mortar, sculpted mortar, and artistic flooring. Leveraging its superior whiteness, the white belite sulfoaluminate cementitious binder provides a tailored solution for customers seeking personalized color options in both terrazzo and sculpted mortars—whether it’s the vibrant, multi-hued expressions of terrazzo or the delicate, nuanced shades of sculpted mortar, all delivered with precise accuracy. Additionally, this product boasts advantages such as early strength, rapid hardening, minimal shrinkage, and excellent corrosion resistance, effectively addressing common challenges like shrinkage issues in terrazzo applications and early-strength/anti-exfoliation concerns in sculpted mortar systems.

◆GRC Art Products. The white belite sulfoaluminate cementitious agent, with its outstanding high-whiteness advantage, enhances the purity of the mortar base material from the very beginning, effortlessly achieving a harmonious blend of aesthetic appeal and practicality. It boasts early-stage high strength, significantly shortening the curing period. Additionally, it features low hydration heat, reducing the risk of cracking. Its excellent workability makes it perfectly suited for both GRC spraying and casting processes. Moreover, it exhibits strong corrosion resistance, extending the service life of the finished products.

◆UHPC products. The white belite sulfoaluminate cementitious agent boasts high whiteness, ensuring it won’t compromise the white appearance of UHPC. This makes it perfectly suited to meet the demands of modern architecture for high-strength, decorative concrete applications—ideal for use in decorative components of high-rise buildings, high-speed railways, and bridge projects. It exhibits early-stage high strength, significantly accelerating the production cycle. Additionally, its low heat of hydration and exceptional crack resistance make it compatible with UHPC’s dense structural design. The material also demonstrates outstanding flowability and water retention, seamlessly aligning with UHPC’s molding processes. Furthermore, enhanced weather resistance and durability help extend the service life of the finished products. Finally, its adjustable setting time allows it to adapt effortlessly to complex construction conditions.
