JW high-strength plugging agent is the latest technical product developed under the technical guidance of relevant experts in China Academy of Building Materials Science. It is characterized by extremely short setting time interval, rapid heat generation after final setting, and strength, 15min strength of not less than 12MPa , lh strength of not less than 24MPa, can be carried out with water, and can quickly stop water and leak plugging, and has simple construction, strong adhesion to the base layer, does not shrink or fall off, and can be widely used in leakage plugging and water control, emergency repair, perfusion, etc. in houses, underground, underwater, tunnel and other projects.
The product is chlorine-free, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive.

Use methods and precautions:
First of all, chisel the leakage point or leakage seam into a vertical bell mouth, clean up the debris or loose powder, and wet it with water.
Put 1kg of high-strength plugging agent into a pot or other mixing container, add 0.3~0.4kg of water, mix quickly into slurry, and when the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃, stir with 20 ℃ water.
Put the mixed plugging cement on your hand. When you feel that the cement is hot and slightly hard, quickly face the water leakage downward and keep for 3~5 min before you let go.
For the seepage pit, the dry powder of high-strength plugging agent can be directly put into the pit, and then stepped on with the foot, and the foot can be loosened after hardening.
For serious leakage seams, the drainage method is adopted, first blocking the upper seam, then blocking the lower seam, and finally blocking the drainage hole.
For large area leakage, to find out the leakage point, first with plugging agent, and then with waterproof mortar plaster.
Packaging and storage:
Packed in moisture-proof sealed plastic woven bags with lining or ton bags.
The net weight of this product is 25kg or 50kg or 1000kg.
When stored, should be placed in a cool, dry place, prevent moisture and damage.
Under normal circumstances, the shelf life can be da6 months or more.
