Product Overview:
JW High-Strength Leak-Stopper is a cutting-edge technological product developed under the technical guidance of experts from the China Academy of Building Materials Science. It is characterized by an extremely short setting time, rapid heat generation and strength development after final set—achieving a strength of no less than 12 MPa at 15 minutes and no less than 24 MPa at 1 hour. The product can be applied in wet conditions, providing swift water-stopping and leak-sealing performance, while also offering simple construction, strong bond to the substrate, zero shrinkage, and excellent adhesion without spalling. It is widely applicable for leak-stopping and water-control works, emergency repairs, and grouting in building structures, underground projects, underwater environments, tunnels, and other engineering applications.
This product is chlorine-free, non-toxic, and neither flammable nor explosive.

Precautions:
◆ First, chisel the leak point or crack into a vertical flared opening, thoroughly remove any debris or loose powdery material, and moisten the surface with water.
◆ Place 1 kg of high-strength leak-stopping agent into a mixing pot or other mixing container, add 0.30–0.40 kg of water, and mix rapidly to form a slurry. When the ambient temperature is below 5°C, use water at 20°C for mixing.
◆ Place the mixed leak-stopping mortar in your hand; when you feel it warming up and slightly hardening, quickly press it against the leaking area and hold it there for 3–5 minutes before releasing.
◆ For seepage pits, simply pour the high-strength leak-stopping dry powder directly into the pit, then step on it with your foot; once it has hardened, you can lift your foot.
◆ For severe leakage cracks, employ a drainage method: first seal the upper crack, then the lower crack, and finally the drainage hole.
◆ For large-area leaks, first locate the leak point and quickly seal it with a leak-stopping agent, then apply a waterproof mortar finish.
Packaging and Storage:
◆ Packaged in moisture-proof, lined, sealed plastic woven bags or in ton bags.
◆ This product is available in net weights of 25 kg, 50 kg, or 1,000 kg.
◆ Store in a cool, dry place, and strictly protect against moisture and damage.
◆ Store in a sealed container in a dry environment; shelf life is no less than 6 months. Use the entire contents after opening; if the product expires or becomes damp, its performance will be compromised and it must be retested and found compliant before use.
