◆ Hunter White ≥ 92. With its outstanding high whiteness, it provides a purer base for color formulation, enabling more precise and vibrant color reproduction and effortlessly achieving the desired color effects.

◆ This product exhibits a low drying shrinkage rate, minimal volumetric change, and excellent crack‑resistance. The cement‑based self‑leveling mortar formulated with this binder has a volumetric change of 0.0016%–0.0064%, which is only 2%–8% of that observed in conventional silicate‑based cementitious materials.

◆ High workability: Exhibits excellent workability when combined with admixtures, resulting in low curing difficulty and reduced curing costs.

◆ Exhibits excellent impermeability and superior resistance to sulfate attack.

◆ Free expansion rate: at a cement-to-sand ratio of 1:0.5, the 28-day free expansion rate is 0.00% to 0.15%.

◆ Both freeze‑thaw resistance and efflorescence resistance are outstanding, effectively mitigating freeze‑thaw damage and surface efflorescence, thereby providing more reliable performance in engineering applications.

   Scope of Application:

Currently, the primary application areas for this product include high‑end self‑leveling mortars, terrazzo mortars, decorative flooring, custom GRC artistic products, and UHPC‑based components.

◆ Floor screeds. The white belite–sulfoaluminate cementitious binder has comprehensively enhanced both the performance and aesthetic appeal of floor screeds, such as cement‑based self‑leveling screeds. With its outstanding high‑whiteness, it endows floor screeds with greater flexibility in color expression, enabling precise alignment with diverse customer preferences. It also effectively addresses issues like dimensional stability and bonding to the underlying concrete substrate that have traditionally plagued cement‑based self‑leveling screeds.

◆ Terrazzo mortar, sculpted mortar, and artistic flooring. Leveraging its exceptional whiteness, the white belite–sulfoaluminate cementitious admixture offers an ideal solution to meet the personalized color‑palette requirements of terrazzo and sculpted mortar applications—whether it’s the rich, versatile color expression of terrazzo or the delicate, nuanced hues of sculpted mortar, it delivers precise compatibility. In addition, it boasts early strength development, rapid hardening, low shrinkage, and excellent corrosion resistance, effectively addressing issues such as shrinkage in terrazzo applications and early‑strength and corrosion‑resistance challenges in sculpted mortar systems.

◆GRC artistic products. Thanks to its exceptional high whiteness, the white belite–sulphoaluminate cementitious binder enhances the purity of mortar substrates at the source, effortlessly achieving a harmonious balance between aesthetic appeal and practicality. It delivers rapid early strength, shortening the curing cycle; exhibits low hydration heat, reducing the risk of cracking; offers excellent workability, making it well-suited for both GRC spraying and casting processes; and boasts strong corrosion resistance, thereby extending the service life of finished products.

◆UHPC products. The white belite–sulfoaluminate cementitious binder boasts high whiteness, ensuring that its incorporation into UHPC does not compromise the material’s pristine white appearance. It meets the demands of modern architecture for high‑strength, decorative concrete and is suitable for decorative components in high‑rise buildings, high‑speed railways, bridge projects, and more. With early‑age strength, it helps accelerate production cycles. Its low heat of hydration and excellent crack resistance are well‑suited to the dense microstructure of UHPC. Outstanding fluidity and water retention make it compatible with UHPC forming processes. Enhanced weatherability and durability extend the service life of finished products. Moreover, its setting time is adjustable, enabling adaptation to complex construction conditions.
