Performance characteristics:
Aluminate gelling agent sets and hardens quickly, reaching more than 80% of the label strength in one day and 100 of the label strength in three days, and has good frost resistance, corrosion resistance, especially high refractoriness, which is an unparalleled advantage of other cements.
Use methods and precautions:
Generally, it shall not be mixed with Portland cement and other lime, which is easy to precipitate Ca(OH)2 cementitious substances.
For refractory concrete, the ratio of sand and gravel shall be readjusted. Without testing, no additional materials shall be added.
After construction, it shall be maintained in time. It is strictly forbidden to lose strength due to water loss and dry cracking of mixed soil. The maintenance shall not be less than three days.
The thickness of concrete for large structures shall not exceed 0.3 m, otherwise cooling measures must be taken during the concrete hardening period.
In the use of the process, if the feeling of coagulation time is not appropriate, can be properly adjusted with aluminate special accelerator, the amount of addition to be determined by the experiment.
Main purpose:
For the preparation of refractory concrete, suitable for sulfate resistance engineering.
It is suitable for special projects requiring fast-hardening concrete projects, emergency repair projects and early strength in winter construction.
Packaging and storage:
Packed in plastic bags, each bag net weight 25-50kg in a dry environment sealed storage, shelf life of 3 months, open the bag once used up.
