Product Overview:
JW sulphoaluminate masterbatch (micropowder) is a novel intermediate product for the building materials industry, developed by our company with strong support from leading experts at the National Building Materials Research Institute. It can be used not only to produce specialty cements but also, leveraging its unique properties—such as rapid strength development, early setting, slight expansion, low alkalinity, and non-shrinkage—to manufacture high-quality grouting materials, repair mortars, anchoring agents, expanding agents, and other specialized engineering materials tailored for waterproofing, leak-stopping, and accelerated-strength applications.

Scope of application:
◆ Rapid repair of airport runways and highways, achieving normal service standards within three hours.
◆ Repair of bridge and road expansion joints, as well as potholes and localized repairs on rigid pavements.
◆ Rapid anchoring of utility poles and other wooden piles, as well as primary and secondary grouting for equipment foundations, among other applications.
◆ All other requirements for rapid setting and early strength in civil engineering can be met.
◆ Rapid-hardening cement, tile adhesives, rapid-hardening mortars, self-leveling mortars, and high-speed railway grouting materials. Our company’s products have been successfully applied to high-speed rail projects such as the Wuhan–Guangzhou, Beijing–Tianjin, and Beijing–Shanghai lines.
Precautions:
◆ The product must be used only after it has been tested in accordance with the factory quality inspection report or following re-testing.
Packaging and Storage:
◆ Pack in moisture-proof plastic woven bags with liners or in ton bags.
◆ Net weight per bag: 50 kg; or bulk bag: 1,000 kg.
◆ Store in a sealed container in a dry environment; shelf life is no less than 45 days. Use the entire contents after opening; if the product expires or becomes damp, its performance may be compromised and it must be retested and found compliant before use.
