Pooling resources for scientific research and innovation to drive industrial application. To fully advance the implementation of two major national projects—the National Key R&D Program on the Research and Application of Critical New Materials (a key initiative under the Science and Technology Innovation 2030 Program) and a demonstration project for the application of ferrite–aluminate cementitious binders in nuclear power—on the afternoon of April 9, 2026, a specialized technical exchange and seminar was successfully held at Jianwen Technology. The event brought together Zhou Qinghao, Chief Expert at the Institute of Technical Information and Supervision Research of the Building Materials Industry; Liu Li, Senior Engineer; Wang Zhiyong, Deputy Director of the Special Engineering Materials Research Center; Dr. Ma Wenxu from the Special Materials Center; and three doctoral students from Beijing University of Technology. The meeting was chaired by Senior Engineer Liu Li, with Jianwen Technology’s General Manager Zhang Shijie and relevant technical leaders providing full support throughout the exchange. Participants from multiple institutions gathered to discuss strategies for advancing these projects and to explore breakthroughs in technological innovation.

During the seminar, all parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the progress, technical challenges, and implementation plans for two major national key projects. General Manager Zhang Shijie began by outlining Jianwen Technology’s core strengths in the R&D, production, and engineering application of specialized cementitious materials, as well as the current achievements and future plans for the two projects, thereby clearly defining the key priorities for overcoming project bottlenecks. Chief Expert Zhou Qinghao, drawing on his many years of experience in research and project guidance within the building materials industry, offered targeted recommendations on addressing technical challenges and managing risks throughout the project implementation process, thus providing clear direction for advancing the projects to high standards and with high quality. Senior Engineer Liu Ligao, in light of cutting-edge technologies in the building materials sector and the specific requirements of the projects, provided expert guidance on critical issues such as product performance matching, technical specifications, and quality control in engineering applications, thereby delivering authoritative technical support to ensure steady project progress. Meanwhile, a team of doctoral students from universities, adopting an academic research perspective, conducted in-depth exchanges with company technical personnel on topics including material R&D, performance optimization, and data monitoring, sparking innovative ideas and injecting academic vitality into the project’s technological upgrades.

Subsequently, accompanied by General Manager Zhang Shijie, Chief Expert Zhou Qinghao, Senior Engineer Liu Ligao, and a team of doctoral students from leading universities conducted an in-depth on-site inspection of the company’s production facilities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire production process for the project’s related products. At the raw-materials warehouse, the research team meticulously examined the incoming materials, thoroughly inquiring about the performance specifications, selection criteria, storage requirements, and actual application conditions of each type of raw material. They systematically analyzed how variations in raw-material quality impact product performance, thereby ensuring quality control at the source and providing practical guidance for optimizing material selection and formulation. At the CC Control Center, the team focused on retrieving data from the entire production process and engaged in an in-depth discussion on parameter control, process management, and real-time data monitoring throughout the manufacturing stages. Through analysis and evaluation of the production data, they identified key areas for process optimization, helping to achieve more refined, standardized, and intelligent production of the project’s products while ensuring the stability and reliability of the engineering materials.

This exchange seminar has established a solid bridge for collaborative communication among research institutes, universities, and enterprises, fully leveraging the synergies of industry–university–research integration. It has clarified the subsequent implementation pathways for two key projects and effectively addressed numerous practical challenges in the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies. Moving forward, Jianwen Technology will continue to deepen its strategic partnerships with the Building Materials Industry Technical Information Research Institute and leading universities, rigorously control quality at every stage of the production process, and iteratively upgrade the performance and quality standards of its core products. With high-quality, high-performance specialty building materials and robust technological capabilities, Jianwen Technology will lay a solid quality foundation for major national infrastructure projects and provide steadfast support for the steady, high-quality development of the building materials industry.
