Zhang Xuewen, born in October 1967, holds a bachelor’s degree and is a senior engineer. With a solid foundation of technical expertise and extensive hands-on experience on the front lines, he has held numerous key positions in the industry and dedicated himself to his duties over many years in the building materials sector. In his professional roles, he has served as Vice Chairman of the Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC) Branch of the China Concrete and Cement Products Association, a Director of the Housing Building Materials Branch of the Chinese Society of Silicates, Vice Chairman of the Waterproofing and Repair Materials and Engineering Technology Branch of the China Concrete and Cement Products Association, a waterproofing expert on the Waterproof Materials Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Silicates, and a member of the National Technical Committee for Cement Standardization. He has also been consecutively elected as a deputy to the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth People’s Congresses of Xinmi City and currently serves as President of the Xinmi New Materials Industry Association.
